“SON LIGHT” TENT REVIVAL

How many of you have ever attended a Tent Revival?

Do you remember that excitement of connecting with brothers and sisters in Christ through meaningful

worship, music, fellowship, and spiritual renewal?

IT IS THAT TIME AGAIN!!

Forest Hills UMC will be hosting a multi-day old-fashioned tent revival on July 20, 21, 22 starting at

6:30pm each evening. We will be inviting the whole community to share this special time. There will be

different speakers each night, music, testimonies, and refreshments all designed to bring REVIVAL to

our neighborhood. On Saturday night we will celebrate with a barbecue dinner with all the fixings. We

plan to breathe a fresh air of connection and diversity across our community and congregation.

Forest Hills Family- we need your help!!! We need greeters/ushers, altar workers, hospitality workers,

children’s ministry, music, and so many others. There is something everyone can do. Please pray about

how you can help this important outreach. PRAY the scriptures daily, invite your friends and family,

attend Pastor Bobby’s altar training classes, donate as you are able. Contact the Church Office, Pastor

Bobby, or any of the Leadership Team to share your ideas and to volunteer!!

Altar training classes will be June 28 at 6:30 PM in E1, July 8 at 9:00 AM in E1, July 12 at 6:30PM in E1.

Everyone is invited to attend one class or come to all three classes. We encourage you to bring your

friends and family. Pastor Bobby will be leading the classes so you know it will be a spirit-filled time!

This is the time for us to share GOD’S LOVE and SON LIGHT with everyone. We want to be that Beacon

of HOPE and LOVE to all.
